The capacity
MYT adds an additional operational capacity to the house. Specialised agents take on the preparatory work: reading a request, checking your tools, gathering what is missing, preparing the reply, identifying the action to take.
The team remains the decision-maker. MYT prepares the work. Your team checks it, validates it, and keeps control.
The console
A request arrives. MYT analyses it, gathers the necessary information and prepares what comes next. Nothing is sent without validation.
Your decision
Sent
Charge the first night for room 204?
Decided by your team. The reply went out under the hotel's identity.
Nothing goes out without human approval. Doing nothing sends nothing.
Interface under development, demonstration data. The engine behind it runs in daily production.
The first field
Independent three- and four-star Swiss hotels, where a request can go unanswered simply because there is no second team.
We only open a sector once we have a foothold there. And never where a mistake would affect a third party's health, legal rights or money.
One file
A loyal guest writes to the general inbox: train cancelled, he will arrive tomorrow morning. Nobody reads it.
The hotel's arrival deadline is reached. Room 204 is marked as not arrived in your system.
The message and the booking become one file. Tomorrow's room is checked, the stay moved, both options prepared. Then it stops: whether to charge or not is your call.
The house decides. The reply leaves under the hotel's identity, and nothing would have left before.
Four areas work this way, never all at once: requests and offers, reputation, administration and compliance, purchasing and resources. The team is assembled for each house. View the complete scene
Validation
The system prepares the options. The house chooses the exception. Until someone on your team has decided, nothing leaves the hotel's tools. This is not an approval button, it is a design constraint.
Try it: the button refuses until you have decided.
What does not change
The system works on your operations, not on your guests. It builds neither history nor profile, and nothing is used to train a model.
Analyse, check, draft, detect, alert. Never more, except on the authorisations you write and can withdraw.
A message, an invoice, a follow up go out only after confirmation. Any decision unfavourable to a guest goes through a person.
Received, prepared, validated, sent: four stages for every action. You export everything, you erase everything, there is nothing to uninstall.
We will only write it in the present tense once it is done. The list of our subcontractors appears in the contract and nothing changes there without your agreement.
The house
MYT is an independent house, built for businesses without an IT department. Each environment is designed, deployed and followed up by the same person: the one who answers you.
"I build every environment as if it were my own. You write to me, I answer within 24 hours, and I am the one you will have for deployment as for follow up."
Your questions
It reads what comes in, checks in your tools, applies your house rules and prepares the work: a reply, a quote, a follow-up, a compliance file, a resource table. Then it waits for someone on your team to validate.
It stops. The missing element is flagged and sending is technically blocked until you have confirmed it. It never guesses.
No, never. It addresses your team and no one else. Everything that goes to a guest goes out under the hotel's identity, after your validation.
It stays in your environment, is never used to train a model, can be exported in full at any time and is erased at the end of the contract. Swiss hosting of operational data is being deployed for the first pilots.
No. MYT works above your tools: through the open interface when one exists, through file exchange otherwise, and through assisted preparation as a safety net. No hotel is excluded for lack of an interface, and most workflows need no connection at all to start.
With an observation day, read only, at your hotel. Your figures that same evening, they belong to you whatever you decide. Then a first workflow, with your rules, measured before and after.
