The founder

Sven Nussbaum

I design, deploy and follow every MYT environment myself. Here is where I come from, and why I am building this.

WhereBetween Geneva and Paris.

I hold French and German nationality, and I grew up between several languages and several cultures. I learned the world by travelling, and part of what I know about being on the ground comes from a humanitarian mission in Nepal, where we built schools for children who had none. You cannot understand a place from a desk: you have to go, and stay long enough to see. Five French national titles in kayaking, and a marathon in 2026: what I take from them is that results come from repetition and not from inspiration, and that a deadline worth meeting is prepared long before the day itself.

Almost everything came together in 2026, and that is what explains MYT. In May I worked on diplomatic drafting for the Embassy of Moldova and for UNESCO: briefing notes, position papers, delegation files, in three languages, against deadlines that are not negotiable. Before that, two years in Geneva alongside international organisations, watching how a decision is prepared before it is taken.

I learned one very simple thing there, and it is what set all of this in motion. A well prepared file saves everyone time. A badly prepared file costs a decision. It is not a question of intelligence or of goodwill. It is a question of who had the time to prepare it.

For that same mission I designed and deployed a bilingual platform for registering the diaspora, compliant with data protection by design. It was the first time I saw what administrative work becomes when it is structured rather than endured.

Since 2026, alongside this, I have been working for leading fashion and lifestyle houses, in client reception and protocol. Discretion there is not a word, it is a daily practice. That is where I understood what service standards really mean, and why no system should ever address a guest in the name of the house.

Hospitality, for its part, is not a market I picked off a spreadsheet. It is a world I have been close to for a long time, close enough to know what a house demands of itself, and far enough never to claim I have run one. That is why the first thing I propose is to come and watch, not to explain.

Written work keeps growing, and teams do not. I did not build MYT to make people work faster, but so that the work reaches their desk already prepared, and the decision stays with them.

MYT was born where the two meet. This written work is nobody's job in particular: it is not forgotten, it is postponed, and it shows in response times rather than in reports. I build agents that prepare it, that stop where a decision belongs to the house, and that wait.

The path

What I did before, and what I kept from it.

  1. 2021 to 2023 · Geneva

    The multilateral ecosystem

Institut International de Genève. Two years spent alongside international organisations, learning how a decision is prepared before it is taken.

  2. 2024 to 2027 · Lille then Paris

    International relations

A bachelor in international relations, in Lille then Paris, with an exchange in Rabat. I am still studying, and I stand by it: it gives me the time to build slowly, to measure before promising, and to stay directly involved in every environment I deploy.

  3. May to July 2026 · Paris

    Diplomatic drafting

Embassy of Moldova and UNESCO. Briefing notes and delegation work at the Council of Europe, at the 135th session in Chisinau and on the drafting committee of the 20th Francophonie Summit. Design and deployment of a bilingual platform for registering the diaspora, compliant with data protection by design.

  4. Since 2026 · Paris

    Fashion and lifestyle

Client reception and protocol with UHNW clients, alongside MYT. A sense of service, discretion, and the certainty that a house always speaks in its own name.

  5. Since 2026

    MYT Hospitality

Design and deployment of agent teams for small structures that receive more written requests than they can handle by hand. A first system in production at a Geneva company, and a project assisted by the Hospitality Booster of HotellerieSuisse in order to test it against the realities of the field.

My rules

What I promise you, and what does not depend on you.

01

You speak to the founder.

One person designs, deploys and follows your environment. There is no sales department between us, and it is I who answer you, within twenty-four hours.

02

Nothing goes out without you.

The agents never address your guests. Everything goes out under the identity of the house, after approval, and the approval field technically blocks the send until a person has decided.

03

I measure before I sell.

The first step I propose is a day of read-only observation, not a contract. The price comes afterwards, because the scope decides it, and not the other way round.

04

Everything is reversible.

You get everything back, you delete everything, there is nothing to uninstall. Your rules belong to you, and the log of what was done belongs to you too.

In all frankness

What I am not.

MYT Hospitality is an independent practice. I design teams of agents that prepare the written work of independent hotels and stop where a decision belongs to the house.

I am not an agency and I do not resell software. There is no team behind me: the person who answers you is the person who builds.
